For business gatherings, when you may be mixing business talk with socializing, youΓÇÖll generally want to prepare some appetizers such as a vegetable platter (red and green pepper, celery, carrots, mushrooms, etc.) with a sour cream based dip, crab dip, cheese, crackers and grapes. For longer meetings, you may want to service some finger sandwiches such as tuna, salmon and egg salad. This will go nicely with the wines, beer and cocktails generally served.
